Logistics and warehouse planning in preparation for the new C-Class launch, including the following: Inbound and intra-logistics planning and implementation for the body shop, assembly line intra-logistics and implementation.

BMW

Logistics, warehouse, and supply chain planning for the BMW X3, setting up a logistics database, planning for all parts, design and implementation of JIT/JIS supply concepts for 20 part families, material flow concepts from suppliers to line-side.

Ineos Grenadier

Developed a strategic plan to enter the African market, comprising several sub-strategies. Setting up a logistics database for all parts, establishing the container guidelines for all parts and packaging suppliers and planning of the containers and packaging.

Volkswagen

Providing value-adding production logistics supply to Volkswagen, located within the Tshwane Automotive Special Economic Zone (TASEZ), including sequencing, sub-assembly, JIT/JIS, transport to site, returns, and warehouse management services (WMS).

Yang Feng

YFPO has contracted us to design a holistic logistics and operations concept for work on bumpers, spoilers and rocker panels for the new BMW X3 (G45). This included processing customer call-off for planning of operations, supplier scheduling and strategic inventories.

Venture

Designing and implementing material flow concepts for new products supplied to the BMW Rosslyn Plant, defining and implementing a production strategy, designing and implementing all material flow concepts and overall project management for all logistics work packages.

Mini (Oxford)
